Get rid of anger.........................................

Anger" is common in all human beings. But we are not aware of its negative effects. Anger increases your hypertension,decrease your work and make your mind turbulent.Anger is a fire  having deleterious effects and hence should be controlled. Let  this short affirmation help   free yourself from anger.




Sit back comfortably......Close your eyes.................Breath normally....Focus on the rhythm of breathing....Think I am a peaceful person....Peace is my eternal quality. I love to be  peace and calm. Whatever happens around me I choose to respond  peacefully and calmly............ ..I realise in every scene of my life people play their roles....Their roles in no way influence my feelings.....I understand  I am solely responsible for creating  feelings of anger. I am convinced anger brings loss to me only......I am accepting situations ,people as such with love....I the being is independent .........cool .......and stable. I spread vibrations of peace around me.....
